EGSC - Landscape Grounds Maintenance

Scope: East Georgia State College wishes to establish an agency contract with one supplier to provide complete landscape and grounds maintenance on the Swainsboro campus. The contract will be for one initial year with up to four one-year renewals. Unless otherwise specified, maintenance service shall include all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, fuel, materials, insurance, and all other items incidental thereto which are necessary to perform the work as specified, for professional landscape grounds maintenance. The Contractor will not be allowed to store any equipment on the College's property. The College expects a high standard of horticultural service. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the grounds maintenance/landscaping services for the approximately 50 acres on the Swainsboro campus located at 131 College Circle, Swainsboro, Georgia.
