Improvements will include new pavement, curb and gutter, sidewalks, storm sewers, roadway lighting, and new traffic signals. The scope of work will also include intersection improvements at Dombey Road, Willowdale Road and Swanson Road, as well as, a new bridge over Willow Creek..
