Description	Continuing civil engineering design services are required to support the Office of Facilities, Planning and Construction with the maintenance and development of the campus and associated infrastructure. Works are anticipated to include stormwater management, infrastructure surveys, and site improvements associated with renovations, alterations, new construction up to four (4) million dollar construction value. The period of the contract will be for an initial term of one (1) year. This is renewable annually for up to two (2) additional years at the College’s discretion.
