Description | The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort McCoy, Wisconsin has a requirement for Repair Drainage and Electrical at Range 100. Work to be performed will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238990 with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. Solicitation W911SA23B2008 will be issued as an Invitation for Bids (IFB) using the procedures outlined in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 14 as supplemented by the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Army Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (AFARS). It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a single award, firm fixed-price contract. Project magnitude is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Period of Performance: Work is to be completed 120 DAYS After Notice to Proceed (ANP). SITE VISIT: A site visit is scheduled at 1108 South R Street, Fort McCoy WI 54656 for 15 February 2023 at 10:00 AM CDT. The POC for this site visit is MAJ Francisco J. Arocho, Contracting Management Officer and he will only entertain questions regarding site visit access and accommodations. Email is Francisco.j.arocho.mil@army.mil. All questions regarding this solicitation, scope, terms, etc. shall be submitted after the site visit and per instruction provided below. This will be the only site visit conducted and will begin promptly without considerations for late or lost proposals. Any requests for additional site visits will be denied. Remarks, explanations and answers provided by Government representatives before, during and after the site visit shall not change or qualify any of the terms or conditions of the solicitation. The solicitation can only be changed by a formal written amendment issued by the MICC Fort McCoy Contracting Office. Do not contact the Contract Specialist for requests to change the set aside or to state your interest. Parties interested in the solicitation, associated documents, and solicitation amendments can add themselves to the Interested Vendors List; contractors will not be directly notified of postings of any related documents. Project is to update electrical systems and improve site drainage at Range 100. Project will also include a new combat pistol qualification range and new down range target systems. |
