Description

As of October 13 2023 this project is still in schematics on hold. Santa Fe County request proposals for qualified vendors or firms to provide architectural and engineering services for a new 93-120 unit mixed-income affordable housing development located at Camino de Jacobo in Santa Fe, New Mexico. By submitting a proposal for the requested services each Offeror is certifying that it is qualified firm and its proposal complies with the requirements stated within the Request for Proposals. All qualified Offerors will receive consideration of contract(s) without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, ancestry, age, physical and mental handicap, serious mental condition, disability, spousal affiliation, sexual orientation or gender identity. All proposals submitted shall be valid for ninety (90) days subject to action by the County. Santa Fe County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals in part or in whole. The contract is scheduled to begin in or around April, 2021Santa Fe County intends on awarding a contract with a term of one (1) year with one (3) renewal period, not to exceed four years.
