Certified checks shall be drawn on the account of the bidder submitting the proposal. The bidder may also satisfy the proposal guaranty requirements by having a properly executed annual bid bond on file with the Department. The Notice to Proceed will be issued such that work and any USH 53 lane closures shall start no earlier than July 10, 2023, unless otherwise approved by the engineer. Year 1 (2023) work is anticipated to be completed by September 29, 2023.
