RFQ D/B - Splash Pad Design Build

A Prebid meeting is not planned. The City of Ottawa, KS as ("Owner") is seeking qualifications statements from firms to provide Design Build (DB) for the construction of a Splash Pad in Ottawa, Kansas (the "Project"). If your firm is interested in being considered, please respond by submitting as instructed in the following document. construction is expected to start in May 2023, and substantial completion is targeted for September 1, 2023. This project is funded in full or in part by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). All contracts or agreements paid for in part or in full are subject to the Uniform Guidance found in 2 CFR 200 Appendix II. All persons awarded and/or entering into contracts with the Owner shall be subject to and required to comply with applicable county, state and federal provisions pertaining to nondiscrimination, labor standards, equal employment opportunity and affirmative action on public contracts. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
