Description

The purpose of the sampling and water treatment service is to eliminate unscheduled down time, extend the service life of the equipment, reduce operating costs and to provide predictable pricing for trouble shooting and repair service calls. The cooling towers are two separate systems and they are cleaned twice a year. The cooling towers are 15 years old and in good condition. There are no leaks. The system water volume for each tower is 1500 GPM. Water recirculation flow rates for each cooling tower is 900 GPM. The Delta-T values for each tower are 7. The average yearly water makeup demand is 1500 gallons. The average monthly hours the chillers run at load is 75%.
