Description | The Transportation Center consist of new construction of a 15, 018 SF pre-engineered addition at the service bays and 4,550 SF pre-engineered addition at the administration area along with 10, 855 SF of general renovation. 2. Transportation Center also includes adding new bus parking paving and a fuel canopy with dispensers and above ground storage tanks. 3. Start work on site 12-01-22, Substantially Complete 11-01-23 4. Budget Amount $10M Technology Center 2801 Oak Park Sr., Dickinson, TX 77539 1. The Technology Center consist of 1,445 SF of interior renovation and a pre-engineered 3,665 SF addition that consist of an aluminum walk-way canopy to connect the existing Technology Support to the new addition. Warehouse building for additional cubicles, storage and meeting space. 2. Start Work on site 03-01-23. Substantially Complete 09-01-23 3. Budget Amount $1.7M Agricultural Center 3000 Baker Dr., Dickinson, TX 77539 1. The Ag Science Additions and Renovations consist of 10,885 SF pre-engineered building to house 28 cattle pens. This facility also consists of a 2,400+ SF show arena and wash and scale areas for the cattle. 2. Additional parking and a trail access road connected to a new fire access lane is also included in the scope of work. 3. The existing facility west cattle pen aisles are converted to pig pens by owner, however a new 8' CMU partition with hollow metal doors and frames at each aisle end. Additional fans and heaters are added to provide cooling and heating for the pens re-configured for pigs. 4. Start work on site 12-15-22, Substantially Complete 07-15-23 5. Budget Amount $3.5 M ALTERNATE NO. 1 - Transportation Center Bus Parking Paving. ALTERNATE NO. 2 - Ag Center Angled Parking. |
