Description Project includes lining of 4800 lf of sanitary sewer, installation of 1600 lf of sanitary sewer main, installation of 1300 lf of storm sewer and 27 drainage structures to separate the existing combined sewer network on Summit Street, Herrick Street, and Elm Street. Also included is the installation of new curbing, bio retention areas and porous pavement as part of the Green Infrastructure improvements being installed on the west side of East Street between Wendell Street and Partition Street.
