Description

The Department of Forestry located at 900 Natural Resources Drive, Charlottesville, Virginia, 22903 experienced water damage to wallcovering and walls and is seeking a contractor to repair all damages. Contractor shall be responsible to reattach vinyl wallcovering to the largest extent possible. Repair underlying drywall. Damage ranges from two inch holes in drywall used to ventilate/dry inner wall space to torn/gouged face paper extending to the gypsum in some areas. Contractor shall remove wallcovering three feet above finished floor elevation as identified by owner and install new wallcovering supplied by Owner. Owner estimates approximately 600 sf of damaged area. Approximately 50 sf of wallcovering shall be removed, drywall repaired, primed and painted with a high quality, no scuff, eggshell finish paint.
