HVAC System Replacement

In general, the work consists of replacing the antiquated HVAC system in the South Wing of Bascom Hall. The new system will be four-pipe fan coil units with ventilation air from a central energy recovery unit that will reuse some existing distribution ductwork to each floor. The new system will connect to central campus chilled water and steam/condensate via a hot water distribution system. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted.
