Emergency Generator and Fire Pump Maintenance Services

1. Perform periodic Emergency Generator and Fire Pump Maintenance services at the Pennsylvania Convention Center including all testing, inspections and City of Philadelphia certifications. 2. All work to be performed in accordance with to include but not limited to: Manufacturer’s, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry, the City of Philadelphia Building Construction and Occupancy Codes, International Building Code and NFPA 20, 110, & 111 requirements. 3. Coordinate schedule around Facility availability to do work. 4. Provide all temporary protection for work to be completed.. 5. Provide pricing for a three (3) term plus the option for two (2) one year renewals for equipment listed in Exhibit I. 6. Contractor to provide emergency call back within four (4) hours as requested including nights, weekends and holidays. 7. Perform all work in accordance with the city certification requirements listed.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks.
