Description | As of January 12, 2023, this project is in the conceptual phase. Preliminary engineering is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2031 and environmental design is expected to be complete in the third quarter of 2032. The contract advertisement is expected in first quarter of 2033 and construction is anticipated to be operationally complete in the first quarter of 2034. STIP ID 310198F-23 The existing drainage structure at this location has been identified as a fish passage barrier. By replacing the existing structure with a fish passable structure, the restriction to fish passage will be eliminated.
