Description

Civic Plaza I is a near-elderly/elderly project high-rise unit with 9 floors and 100 apartments. Replace the existing Door Entry System (DES)(new, current model) with battery back-up per current code. Also, replace three card readers connected to the existing system. Replace the existing Intercom System (IS)(new, current model). Basis of design: IDentiv-Enterphone X (EPXiQ or approved equal). Intercom system must allow all residents to speak to visitors at main entrance, and allow all residents to remotely open main entry door.
