Description

Roof Replacement - Sub Masonry; Miscellaneous & Ornamental Iron; Waterproofing, Damp proofing, & Caulking; Roofing & Flashing; Metal Windows; Glass & Glazing; Acoustical Tile; Fire Protection; Plumbing; HVAC; Electrical. Roof Replacement, Springfield State Office Building, Springfield, MA. This Project will require the replacement of existing low slope membrane roofing, terra cotta roof tile, and related gutters and downspouts. This will include replacement of existing skylights and fifth floor windows. Masonry, framing and interior finishes work will be required. Replacement of existing fifth floor acoustical ceiling tiles/grids, light fixtures, and a new accessible restroom, as well as an upgrade to the existing exterior handicapped ramps will also be included.
