Scope of Work Includes a New Gymnasium Constructed of a Pemb With Cmu and Metal Stud Infill and Brick Façade as Well as a Enclosed Connector That Connect the Existing School and New Gymnasium Together, Connector Construction of Cmu With Brick Façade and Pre-manufactured Wood Trusses. Systems Include Pad Mounted Package Unit, Split System and Minis Plits. Scope of Work Also Includes Paving Improvements for Carpool Traffic A cashier's check or bid bond payable to Montgomery County Board of Education in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000.00, must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds and evidence of insurance required in the bid documents will be required at the signing of the Contract. Only General Contractors Who Have Completed the Prequalification Process Within the State Time Limits, and Which Are Properly Licensed in Accordance With Criteria Established by the State Licensing Board The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technical errors if, in the Owner's judgment, the best interests of the Owner will thereby be promoted
