Repair of Reznor Heater (GFAU#1)

SCOPE OF WORK: The below was taken from the SOW and intended to provide a general description of this requirement. The Contractor shall complete all work assigned but not limited to the requirements with-in this scope. Work scope is to include, but not limited to: The work to be performed consists of: Contractor shall provide all services to Repair on­e (01) Reznor Heater GFAU #1 and one (01) I.C.E heat generating unit at Base New Orleans, LA facility in accordance with below. All work shall comply with current International Building Codes. Contractor will replace thermostats. Contractor will not replace duct work without prior approval by the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer’s representative. For proposal purposes: Contractor shall provide pricing for all base and option items. Industrial Building roof top: Acquire wiring diagram and sequence of operation for one (01) Reznor Heater MOD# PCDH-35 Serial# 06097359A. Replace blower motor and blower wheel sheaves. Replace Belts. Replace corroded exhaust blower damper. Replace Ignition Actuator. Replace Fresh Air Actuator and Linkage Replace Return Air Actuator and Linkage. Provide startup of all equipment Open all gas valves and check for leaks on system and piping. Contractor shall be responsible for proper disposal of any and all waste. B. Option Item: troubleshoot and repair one (01) paint booth I.C.E model GLDMH500 industrial heater.
