Storage Tank and Transfer Equipment Testing and Monitoring Service

Seeks a qualified contractor to provide Storage Tank and Transfer Equipment Testing and Monitoring Services that meet the minimum acceptable criteria set forth herein for conducting scheduled testing, monitoring, maintenance, and repair work for the NFTA’s Fuel Management System in accordance with applicable Federal, State, and local law and regulations. The scope also includes theses services for cathodic protection, containment integrity (tank sump and/or spill buckets) and overfill operability. The contractor will provide follow-up service and repair work as needed. The infrastructure included in this contract and testing schedule is listed in Attachment C and is subject to change as needed throughout the contract term.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing, Metal Decking.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Facility Fuel Piping, Facility Fuel-Storage Tanks.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
