Boiler Replacement at Corona Del Sol High School

The scope of work for a Boiler Replacement at Corona Del Sol will consist of the following: o Replace a an existing 3,500 MBH condensing boiler at Corona del Sol. This existing boiler will be replaced with two 2,000 MBH non-condensing boilers. Refer to the engineer's design/drawings for additional information regarding boilers, piping, pumps, controls and concrete pads, etc. Special instructions: o The Contractor shall confine operations at the site to areas permitted by law, ordinances, permits and the Contract Documents, and shall not unreasonably encumber the site with any materials or equipment. The existing facility will be occupied Monday through Friday from 7AM to 3PM. No work to occur during those days and hours. Contractor must work evenings, nights and weekends to complete the scope of work; and o The Contractor will have the option to work during school hours if they can prove that it will disrupt the operation of school and compromise life safety. The District/Owner will still have the final decision regarding if the Contractor can work or not work during school hours. Questions Due Date: Feb 27th 2023, 5:00 PM MST
