Plans call for the demolition of six on-site, single-story buildings containing a total of thirty senior affordable housing units, and the construction of one new, three story multi-family dwelling containing seventy units of senior affordable housing, together with forty-four off-street parking spaces, related infrastructure, and other amenities. On-site amenities will include, among other things, two elevators, laundry facilities, an open lobby, and a community room. As of January 27, 2021, this project has received approvals from the Greenburgh Planning Board and Forestry Officer. Building permits have not been applied for yet. An architect has been selected.
