South Panola ESSER HVAC

This package contains two Contracts for Bid. Base Bid A South Panola High School is a package consisting of replacement of various rooftop and indoor HVAC equipment in the school. Base bid B consists of HVAC equipment replacement across multiple schools including: Batesville Elementary School, Batesville Intermediate School, Batesville Middle School, and Batesville Junior High School. Both packages also include district and associated electrical improvements. Base Bid “A” Project cost range is anticipated to be under $1,400,000. Base Bid “B” Project cost range is anticipated to be under $800,000.00. The Owner has set a goal of 15% participation of locally owned companies for this project and a goal of 15% minority / woman owned participation for this project
