Sealed proposals will be received when called for by the purchasing agent at the time and place set forth above in this notice. Said proposals can be mailed or hand delivered to city hall, 260 high street, perth amboy, nj 08861, prior to the date and time stated. The city of perth amboy is not responsible for late delivery by any courier or the postal service. Proposers are required to comply with: (1) affirmative action regulations requirement of n.J.S.A.10:5-31 et seq. And n.J.A.C. 17:27; (2) p.L.2004, c.57 which amends and supplements the business registration provisions of n.J.S.A. 52:32-44 proposals must strictly comply with all requirements for a regular proposal as directed or required by the specifications and the statutes in such case made and provided. The city of perth amboy reserves the right to reject any and all proposals if deemed in the best interest of the city to do so. Notice is hereby given to all proposers that if their proposals are informal, defective, or irregular, the same will be rejected.
