Description

Scope: The Project work includes, Men’s and Women’s Restrooms: Demo and replace floor tile of like kind. Remove wallpaper, repair walls, and paint. Clean or reface partitions. Replace all toilets with handicap rated toilets. Replace all light fixtures with led fixtures of like kind. Probate Court: Repair and paint drywall in records area. Replace all flooring in Probate Department with 20 mil LVP. Custodian Closet: Repair drywall (no paint). Replace and flash in mop sink. Install faucet for mop sink.
