The City of Adrian would like to offer a three-year contract with the option of one additional two-year extension provided that 45 days prior to the date of termination for the respective term of the contract, the City notifies the contractor of its intent to renew the contract. Any such extension shall be on the same terms and conditions as the original contract and pricing shall be the same as the last erm of the contract. If there is a minimum order requirement, several departments may submit a combined order. If this occurs, two drop off locations may be required on one shipment. All drop-off locations are located in the city limits. It is the intent of the city to award this bid as a complete package. No contract shall be made with any person, firm, or corporation in default of the city. All City of Adrian yards are open for deliveries 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. All bids shall be firm for the period beginning July 1, 2023 and ending June 30, 2026 unless a one year extension period is agreed upon by the City of Adrian and the low bidder. All bids to be F.O.B. Adrian, Michigan. All bids to be firm for not less than 45 days after official opening of bids. The City of Adrian reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities. All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside, "Sealed Bid - Precast Products."
