JM Test Building #5 Phase 2

Scope of work includes the remodel of part of the existing building, a covered awning area and the existing parking lot. As of August 4, 2022, no applications have been submitted for building permits. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Construction is tentatively expected to begin in early-October 2022 with completion in May 2023.
