1. Remove unwanted stone, rock, dirt, broken concrete, asphalt and other debris from site near campus tennis courts and haul to suitable disposal site off campus. Grade site where materials are removed, and return to relatively smooth condition. Quantity of material is estimated to be 125-150 cubic yards. 2. Remove large dead pine tree located adjacent to modular classroom also known as The Learning Cottage, clean up all limbs and remove. Grind stump and fill in the stump site with topsoil, seed and straw. 3. Remove all limbs to 8-9’ above ground from interior row of white pines from where pines were recently cut down to near the tractor sales company (Meade Tractor) lot. All limbs and debris will be hauled off site and disposed of properly. All “volunteer” trees and other undergrowth shall also be removed from around tree bases. 4. Remove dead tree located near parking lot near Carroll Hall, grind stump to below ground level, fill stump site with top soil, seed and straw. Properly dispose of tree and all limbs off site. Remove small dead tree located adjacent to the walking trail. Cut the stump down to ground level, clean-up the site and properly dispose of tree and limbs off-site.
