Winter Park Drive Complete Street and Concept Development Study

Provide professional services to conduct a Complete Street and Concept Development Study for the Winter Park Drive corridor in Casselberry, Florida. The Study will encompass the entire North and South Winter Park Drive corridor, from the SR 436/Red Bug Lake Road intersection to the SR 434 intersection. The Study will focus on opportunities for improved bicycle and pedestrian safety, connectivity, and comfort along this corridor. The Study will also take into consideration land use (and potential changes) and include high level analysis of transit needs and opportunities. The Study will identify the Preferred Alternative solution for the corridor and will include Concept Development of the Preferred Alternative, including developing a final design scope to facilitate the next anticipated phase of the project. The lead firm must have been in business for a minimum of three (3) consecutive years, licensed to perform services within the State of Florida, and be pre-qualified in FDOT standard Work Type Group 2: Project Development and Environmental (PD&E) Studies. The Project Manager must have a minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience with similar projects
