Chiller Replacement - Nevitt Forest Elementary School

Specifications: Remove and dispose of existing water cooled 100 ton chiller and cooling tower Provide and install new Trane CGAM-100 air cooled chiller in area that the cooling tower is presently in Chiller to have factory mounted circuit breaker, architectural louver, sound package, 5 year all parts and 1 year labor warranty Replace chilled water pump with new Taco pump Install new chilled water piping from existing boiler room to new chiller Must include the following: Underground work and coring Heat tape and pipe insulation All electrical and connection to existing controls Enlarging or reconfiguring of equipment pad Exposed outdoor piping to have metal jacket All utility locating to be the responsibility of the successful contractor Any damages to existing utilities to be repaired by successful contractor Price includes all material, labor and equipment rental.
