| Description | Rental of scaffolding at Mabry Mill Historic site: - The first section is approximately 216 feet in length. Scaffolding for this section will be 8 feet in width spanning both sides of the flume structure, 10 feet in height, and will consist of 2 foot walking surfaces on either side of flume. Scaffolding will be joined under flume and between flume supports for stability. The ground surface for this run is uneven and mostly rocky and forest littered soil. Railings and toe boards will be installed on each outer edge of scaffolding. Ladders and gates will be supplied at each end of run. - The second section is approximately 108 feet in length. Scaffolding for this section will be 8 feet in width spanning both sides of the flume structure, 10-12 feet in height, and will consist of 2 foot walking surfaces on either side of flume. Scaffolding will be joined under flume and between flume supports for stability. The ground surface for this run is uneven and mostly rocky and forest littered soil with a small creek. Railings and toe boards will be installed on each outer edge of scaffolding. Ladders and gates will be supplied at each end of run. | ||
