Mckinley Marina Parking Lot Reconstruction - Phase 2

Contract Description: Work consists of removing existing asphalt surface and concrete curb and gutter, pulverize existing pavement, regrade, and provide new aggregate base, new concrete curb and gutter, concrete sidewalk and asphalt pavement as indicated in the project Bid documents. Additional new work consists of storm drainage green infrastructure, storm sewer, sanitary sewer, watermain, LED Lighting, boat launch improvements, storage building, fish cleaning structure, fish cleaning station, underground fuel tanks, fuel systems, decorative fencing, and site furnishings Substantial Completion Date: June 24th, 2024 Project funded by local. Bid summary results may be available a few hours following the Bid Due Date time. Contractors shall employ a minimum of 50% of the Contract labor force with employees that reside in Milwaukee County. Documentation must be performed by LCPtracker Labor Compliance software
