| Description | The general scope of work includes the removal and replacement of the existing roofing systems at the Screen and Grit Facility (B-2), the Primary Sludge and Scum Pumping Station (PS-2), the Sludge Thickener Building (EB-1) and the Chlorine and Sulfur Dioxide Building (B-4) at the Blacks Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The proposed roofing systems shall be a Modified Bituminous Membrane roofing systems covering an area of approximately 4,540 total square feet. This work includes, but is not limited to, the removal of the existing roofing system down to the concrete/metal decking, and providing rigid insulation, flashing materials, and roofing membrane for a complete installation. |
