Infrastructure Communications Failure - Supplemental Maintenance and Repair

Providing the goods and services referenced herein. The provision of the goods and services herein include, but not limited to, providing supplemental maintenance and repair of non-propriety communication system failures, for specific Nortel/Avaya telephone systems and Honeywell Vista Series security panels, repairs, renovations and or up-grades of the same. Vendor shall have the ability to recognize and report telephone service provider failures and coordinate system repairs with other HCPS contracted vendors. Vendor shall provide all related labor, materials, supervision, equipment, incidentals, management, financing, tools, fuel, utilities, and related items necessary to complete the requests in accordance with the specifications herein. This section identifies HCPS’ desired goods and services and levels of performance.
