Description

The Yakima County Stadium Improvements project includes, but is not limited to the following: Remove and replace existing plywood wall siding/panels and paint, Replace parapet wall cap flashings, EIFS replacement and repairs, Rooting work consisting of removal of existing steel hat channels and sloped metal panel rooting, from the root assembly above first floor spaces open to space below stadium seating assembly and installing new plywood panels with TPO root membrane and miscellaneous flashings to provide a more weather tight assembly.
