Description | Train Car and Caboose Rehab Roof and Siding Remove existing roof systems Replace any damaged sub-framing vertical and flat surfaces entire body of both units Install new 24 gauge siding and roofing systems. We will need color options (Please quote cooper color) Doors to be repaired and painted match. Keep same design and functionality as the train car Furnish and install all trims, fasteners, sealants and closures for a complete install. Clean up and haul away all debris. Must pull all required permits but will not be charged for them Train Car Porch 22'x10' plus steps to code. All decking, railing and fascia boards will be commercial grade composite material. Permits required and inspections at no charge to the vendor. Wood sub-frame Steps build to code all composite deck, railing and any other areas that are not sub frame. 3'x3' plus steps to code. All decking, railing and fascia boards will be commercial grade composite material. Permits required and inspections at no charge to the vendor. Wood sub-frame Steps build to code all composite deck, railing and any other areas that are not sub frame. Church Porch Remove old deck boards, railing system and fascia board Replace any damaged or rotted sub-frame add additional decking support/cross bracing if needed to ensure no sag when the new deck is installed. Install commercial grade composite decking color options needed, Install commercial grade composite railing system and commercial grade composite fascia board. Steps to be installed as they are now all commercial grade composite deck/railing system. We want it to look classic and a manner that fits the time period not modern.
