Keep same design and functionality as the train car Furnish and install all trims, fasteners, sealants and closures for a complete install. Clean up and haul away all debris. Permits required and inspections at no charge to the vendor. Wood sub-frame Steps build to code all composite deck, railing and any other areas that are not sub frame. 3'x3' plus steps to code. Steps to be installed as they are now all commercial grade composite deck/railing system. We want it to look classic and a manner that fits the time period not modern.
