Description

Cape Fear Community College Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Design Teams to Provide Design of Single Ply Roofing Replacements, With Associated Minor Waterproofing, Electrical and HVAC Work to Three Buildings. Total Roof Area Is 53,000sf. All Buildings Are Located at the Wilmington, NC Campus. CFCC Will Select One Design Firm For All Three Projects. Each Building Will Be Permitted and Bid as a Stand-alone Construction Project. Concurrent Construction of All Projects Is Intended. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises and Historically Underutilized Businesses Are Encouraged to Apply for Prequalification Either Independently or as Part of a Teaming Arrangement.
