| Description | Assist Owner to manage construction of a new PK-8 school and possible simiilar projects. The purpose of this RFQ/P is to solicit a Qualified Owner Representative (OR) to contract with the Owner and also work closely with the Colorado Department of Education (CDE) to provide customary owner's representative services for the programming, design, pre-construction, construction, post-occupancy and grant closeout phases of the project. The Owner is interested in working with one assigned person, or a very small team. Pricing per hour and/or per activity is helpful to contain costs, as opposed to a blanket contract.
