Waterway Improvement Project - Thompson Street - City of Annapolis

Site work for a water / sewer project in Annapolis, Maryland. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project. This project will improve water access at the end of Thompson Street. The dilapidated pier in Spa Creek located at Thompson Street will be removed, and a new floating pier will be added to improve waterway access. Upstream slope, erosion and drainage issues will be repaired to prevent future siltation and to help maintain water depth. The project is included in the City of Annapolis's FY 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
