This project involves the replacement of existing signal equipment at the intersections of Saltsburg Road (SR 2058) & Frankstown Road (SR 0400) / Hulton Road (SR 2078) and Saltsburg Road (SR 0400) & McGregor Road / Leechburg Road (SR 2058). Upgrades include the installation of new LED vehicular and pedestrian signal heads as well as the replacement of span wire.
