Description

This contract will be awarded for a term of 18 months ("Base Term"). Consultant shall agree to provide such services as specified herein to the City for such prices as indicated in its Proposal for the entire term of the Contract. The date that the Consultant shall begin providing services is dependent upon the date the Contract is awarded by the City's Municipal Council. The Contract shall be awarded within 60 days of the date of receipt of Proposals, unless an extension is requested by the City and agreed to by the Respondent(s).
