Highway Maintenance Facility - Bid Set 1

Work of this contract consists of various Bid Packages to facilitate construction of a 167,000 sf precast concrete Highway Maintenance Facility, a precast concrete washbay building, a lean-to addition to the existing salt storage building, (2) unheated metal storage buildings all totaling approximately an additional 40,000 sf. Additional work will include associated site items including relocating the existing scale and various storm water structures. The Bidder will include all labor and material costs to perform the work in the Bid Package(s) bid. Finally, the awarded Bidder must coordinate their work with other work contracted by the Owner, including work performed by other awarded Bidders and direct-hire vendors. Contractors are encouraged to consider using local supplier and subcontractors in assembling final Bids.
