Description

add 2 inches of inch and a quarter base; pulverize the existing pavement; mill or sawcut back 5 feet on residential driveways for appropriate slope; fine grade, water and compact base course; install utility adjusting rings (to be supplied by Village of Hewitt); pave with WisDOT approved type 4LT hot mix in two lifts for a total thickness of 3 inches compacted at a width of 22 feet and a cross slope of 2 percent from the centerline; pave driveways to the cut line a minimum of 2 inches thick; furnish, place and compact 2 foot shoulders with recycled asphalt.
