| Description | Western Park Concession Stand Roofing and Sheetrock Replacement located at 275 Old Highway 58, Swansboro, NC 28584. 1. Remove and dispose of all roofing and necessary decking. Install #30 felt underlayment, new drip edge, ice and water in valleys, new ridge vent, pipe flashings and Resawn Shake Certinteed Landmark Shingles or equivalent with County approval. 2. Contractor shall provide additional cost of deck replacement 3. The Contractor shall remove and dispose of all sheetrock ceilings within concession area. 4. The Contractor shall install new ½ sheetrock, finish and paint for ceilings. 5. Paint shall be Valspar ceiling flat white latex paint. 6. Any electrical unmounting and remounting shall be handled by the Contractor. 7. The Contractor shall keep all areas cleaned and free of debris at all times. | ||
