Cresheim Creek Interceptor Repair and Ecological Restoration

1. Repair and relocate PWD sewer interceptor and related manholes 2. Bypass pumping for both sewer and stream during critical phases of construction process 3. Repair and extend failing brick stormwater outfall 4. Construct stream restoration elements for long-term sewer protection and effective flow conveyance 5. Add two stormwater inlets at edge of parking lot and tie into existing brick storm sewer. 6. Construct project in challenging setting that includes steep banks, busy apartment complex, adjacent railroad embankment and former railroad with PECO transmission and distribution lines 7. Provide quality technical and project management oversight 8. Prevent extensive repair and rework by PWD Operations staff 9. Adherence to all permit, easement, and work requirements near PECO facilities
