Description

Architectural and engineering services relating to the design and construction of the Board of Elections Office Expansion and Renovation and associated improvements. This project includes the renovation of approximately 9,200 gross square feet of space currently occupied by the Board of Elections at the Main Library/BOE building. It also includes an expansion of approximately 5,800 gross square feet to the existing building. The renovation of existing space will be comprehensive in nature and will include changes to the floor plan and upgrades to mechanical systems and finishes. The expansion will serve to enhance the ability to adequately and efficiently store and service voting machines in a secure and dedicated space as well as allow for an increase in programmed office and support space.
