Description

Project consists of removing existing single pane, iron framed windows from this portion of the building and replacing them with new aluminum framed insulated windows in the existing openings. Demolition / removal of existing windows shall be performed with care to avoid damage to exterior and interior adjacent finishes. New windows are to match the original window design as close as possible, including window vents. Exterior joint sealants are to be install by window contractor. Set sill members and other members in bed of sealant to Provide weathertight construction. Interior caulking and finishes will be by others.
