Description

From qualified, licensed Construction Manager at Risk firms (“CMAR Firms”) interested in providing Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) for design phase review and complete construction services related to the construction of a permanent fire station. To be designed and built on City property located on the south side of Van Buren Street at 127th Ave. This project includes Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for design phase review and complete construction services related to the construction of a permanent fire station and other items as deemed necessary by the City. This approximately 19,000 square foot, single story station will be designed and constructed with three (3) bays on an approximately 2.5-acre portion of the City’s property. It may be assumed utilities are available in the vicinity of the site and minimal Right of Way improvements may be required, other than driveways and modification to the existing traffic signal.
