111 East Liberty Street Renovations

Scope: The project includes complete renovations to the house located at 111 East Liberty street. Remove old shingles and install new architectural shingles with new felt, drip edge, flashing around chimney and boots on vents. Replace sheeting as needed to eliminate sags and bows in the existing roof. Install chimney cap. Repair damage to rear door frame. Replace storm door between back porch and main house. Remove front porch sheet and plank floors and replace with treated decking. Replace screen on front porch. (Do not replace the steel screen door on front porch). Replace All windows with vinyl windows, wrap to match existing vinyl siding. This includes two windows that are partially boarded to accommodate AC window units. (16 total). Replace kitchen vinyl Floor. Install new baseboards and shoe molding in kitchen. Replace kitchen ceiling with sheetrock, finish smooth and paint white. Remove existing bathtub and install tub/shower with tub surround new faucet and shower head.
