Cafeteria Air Conditioning Upgrade at Chandler Park Academy Middle School

Specifications : Four(4) new Vertical Unit Ventilators (VUV's) will be installed to provide heating and cooling for the cafeteria. Quantity : 4.00000 Unit : Actual Pounds The office of: Education Enrichment Services, LLC. (EES) invites your company to participate in providing Bids for CPA Middle School, Cafeteria Air Conditioning Upgrade. Four new vertical unit ventilators (VUV's) will be installed to provide heating and air conditioning for the cafeteria. The VUV's will include a short length of overhead supply air ductwork. Each VUV will be served with a roof mounted condensing unit. A new skid mounted heat exchanger will be used to provide supply and return hot water to the VUV's in order to provide heating. Gravity relief and intake hoods will be provided to serve the cafeteria space. Small portions of the cafeteria ceiling will be removed in order to accommodate the installation of piping. New ceiling will be installed where the existing ceiling is removed. A new electrical power panel will be installed, as well as, electric services for new mechanical equipment requiring the same. Withdrawal of any bid is prohibited for a period of thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid's due date. The successful bidder is required to furnish Payment (Labor and Materials) and Performance Bonds, in the amounts (100%) of their contracts, executed by a surety acceptable to the owner and which is licensed to do business in the State of Michigan. (EES) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to reject a bid for data required by the bidding documents or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive informality and irregularity in the bids and in bidding. CPA/EES reserves the right to accept alternates in any order or combination and to determine the successful bidder on the basis of the sum of the base bid and the alternates accepted.
