| Description | The scope of this Solicitation is for janitorial/housekeeping services for municipal facilities throughout the City. The Work specified in this section consists of furnishing all labor, supervision, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, services and all other necessary incidentals required to perform the Janitorial/Housekeeping Services described herein. The Successful Proposer must have adequate organization, facilities, equipment and qualified and trained personnel to insure prompt and efficient service to the City. The City will provide paper towels, roll towels, toilet paper, and liquid hand soap for dispensers within the relevant City facilities. The Successful Proposer shall provide all necessary labor, cleaners, can liners, disinfectants, waxes, tools and equipment necessary to satisfactorily perform the Work required by this Solicitation. | ||
